You will be expected to pay for each session at the time it is held, unless we have received written pre-approval from a third party who will pay your bill.
Payments can be made by EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard or with Cash.
We are open Monday to Friday (9am – 5pm), and available for Telehealth on Saturdays.
In order to help you select the Psychologist that best matches your needs, we will ask you for a brief description of the problem when you call to make your initial appointment.
We are a very busy practice with cancellation lists. By notifying us in advance of a cancellation, we are able to call other clients who are hoping to get an appointment that week. So please do call us if you are unable to attend.
We maintain a 48 hour cancellation policy. We charge for appointments cancelled within this 48 hour timeframe.
