As her Executive Assistant, you will anticipate the needs of your CEO. You can smooth the way for her to perform at her peak. You are a highly organized, mature, administrative professional. Highly motivated with capacity to prioritise competing demands, you are able to think ahead and get things done. You have meticulous attention to detail. You are able to manage your CEO’s diary and email, and draft correspondence on her behalf. You are able to draft and proof documents, set meeting agendas, organise meetings and take the minutes.
You enjoy proactively following up action items from meetings to ensure that deadlines are met. You have experience coordinating and liaising with multiple stakeholders, and enjoy using your excellent communication skills to provide regular updates to ensure everyone meets the agreed outcomes and expectations. You keep the CEO briefed on progress.
You have exceptional time management skills, and are able to keep both yourself and your CEO on track.
You are able to keep up with a fast pace, adapt to change and new business ideas, and relish creating organisation, structure and processes to manage these new developments.
You have well developed Microsoft Office literacy, and have experience in a similar role, preferably within a professional practice setting.
You are able to work part of the time with the CEO in Glen Osmond, and part of the time from your home. On occasion, you are able to travel with the CEO to Canberra. You are able to organise the travel and accommodation arrangements.
