The Role – Receptionist / Administrative Officer
We are seeking an outstanding Receptionist / Administrative Officer to provide high-level support services to our expanding clinical and management team. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic, highly skilled team dedicated to achieving excellence. The successful candidate will work between both practices – Belconnen & Gungahlin
The Ideal Person
Our ideal person is an experienced and confident administrator who is detail oriented, takes pride in their work and is passionate about providing the best possible service while working independently with a high level of support.
We are looking for an energetic, mature and well-presented individual who can deliver a professional and consistently welcoming atmosphere, and high standard of administrative support to enable the smooth running of the office. You will answer directly to the Administration Manager.
We pay hourly rates above the Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2010. This will depend on the level of experience, skill and expertise required to undertake the role.
