About Jane
Jane’s first psychology class as a teenager ignited her passion, and after over 15 years of experience as a Psychologist, she’s still seeking new learning opportunities. Jane is an AHPRA Board-Approved Supervisor, and has worked for the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service, focusing mostly on adolescent support.
Jane has experience working with people who have post traumatic stress disorder, general anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, depression and bipolar disorder. Jane has developed a special interest in supporting those who have experienced psychological trauma. Helping clients to process their past trauma has been a profoundly rewarding aspect of Jane’s work.

Jane is passionate about helping people identify what matters to them. Her approach is non-judgmental and collaborative. Jane’s practice is LGBTQIA+ friendly and open to individuals of every background.
Tailoring to the individual, Jane employs a variety of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
