Mylie is a Clinical Psychologist and an Approved Supervisor with the Psychology Board of Australia. She uses a parts-based approach to therapy with an emphasis on present-moment awareness, acceptance and self-compassion.
Mylie has a particular interest in working with members of Twelve Step Fellowships and supporting individuals and their family members in recovery from addictions.

Mylie has an eclectic approach to therapy that’s based on the strengths of each individual and the belief that human beings naturally move towards healing.
She enjoys working with individuals with complex trauma, adult ADHD, addictions, eating disorders, personality disorders, chronic health issues, relationship difficulties, emotion dysregulation, and existential issues.
Mylie primarily practices Trauma-Informed Stabilisation Treatment (TIST) combined with Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
