Aimee is a warm and engaging Provisional Psychologist with a background in supporting adolescents and young adults. Prior to her training, she has worked with young people in residential mental health settings, particularly in the context of homelessness, helping individuals navigate challenges such as anxiety, mood difficulties, interpersonal conflict, and life transitions.
Aimee’s therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, ensuring clients feel heard, supported, and empowered along their mental health journey. She integrates evidence-based approaches to support emotional regulation, resilience, and personal growth.
