Xuelian is experienced in working with children, adolescents and adults with a wide range of presentations including anxiety, depression, sleep difficulties, relationship difficulties, trauma background, low self-worth, anger, stress, life stage transitions and parenting difficulties. She takes a warm, genuine and open style, using evidence based approach and drawing on the strengths of clients, their feedback and resources.

Xuelian enjoys being a facilitator for new discoveries and stories, and a particular interest in working with clients who are linguistically and culturally diverse, as well as young people, children and gender diverse individuals. Xuelian speaks both English and Mandarin.
