About You

You are a consummate professional who loves providing therapy. You are passionate and dedicated about your clients, the quality of services you provide, and the outcomes your clients receive. You thrive on this, and find it extremely rewarding. You are a reflective practitioner, a lifelong learner, and deeply value clinical supervision and continuing professional development.

You relish the idea of sticking to time, giving appropriate attention to detail and prioritising tasks, so you can get out the door and focus on your life: the things you cherish, that lift you up, keep you grounded and balanced and revitalise you. You are committed to genuine self-care and are able to balance this with ongoing consistent, reliable and dedicated client care.

You are a warm, diplomatic, assertive, supportive and approachable team player and feel at home in this environment. You are contained, calm, grounded, independent and have good boundaries. You really get the importance of maintaining a cohesive and supportive team. You believe that working together lifts us all up.

You are a confident practitioner who appreciates full admin support and established systems, policies and procedures to free up your time, so that you can do your best clinical work.

You align with our values of Commitment, Abundance, Integrity and Connection.
