Act Mindfully is a set of practitioner workshops that run by Russ Harris, author of the best-selling book The Happiness Trap, and trainer of over 40,000 health practitioners in ACT. Coaching based on the uses of mindfulness, the aim of ACT is to create a healthy, meaningful, rich life based around well-being and vitality. The courses run online, for up to six weeks, and face-to-face workshops will resume in 2021. Workshops for topics such as workplace mental health, trauma, depression and anxiety, and couples are all available.
