Carers ACT

Carers ACT is an aged care and disability service that support and connect carers through services like short-term replacement care, educational workshops, advocacy, and counselling. They offer programs and social and therapeutic activities that allow carers to take a break, manage stress, and connect with other carers — sharing support and enrichment. Carers ACT also offer programs to help enhance people with disabilities’ independent living skills, tailored around their interests.
