About Cobus

Cobus holds a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology, which he obtained in 2021. Originally from South Africa, he gained experience in a clinical setting for patients with severe pathologies. During this time, Cobus worked with a multitude of disorders including psychotic disorders, mood disorders, depression, trauma, childhood adversities and substance abuse. He conducted risk assessments, symptom monitoring, brief CBT and MDT treatment recommendations, psychotherapeutic interventions and family interventions, and psychoeducation and substance use groups.

As part of his training, he gained experience working with children, adolescents and adults completing both psychometric assessments and psychotherapy interventions.
