How Kate might support you

Kate works with individuals and families, and is interested in supporting individuals with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, obsessive compulsive disorders, emotional dysregulation, life stress, disordered eating, and neurodiversity. Kate is particularly interested in working with adults, and primarily works within a Cognitive Behavioural approach with additional skills and framing provided from Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and elements of Schema Therapy.

Kate seeks to tailor therapy towards the individual, and takes a person-centred approach towards developing a treatment plan. She values creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic environment, and recognises that clients are the experts on their own experiences.
