How Tristan might support you

Tristan aims to bring a holistic perspective to his practice, taking an approach that combines elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Systemic Therapy. This allows Tristan to work with you to develop mental health coping tools and strategies tailored to your situation, that consider the impact of external factors such as relationships, work, and study.
