About Trudy

Trudy is an experienced Psychologist who has spent many years providing therapy and completing psychometric assessments.
Trudy has a specific interest in child and adolescent mental health. She has spent many years working in an educational setting as both a teacher and school psychologist. She has worked with a number of different presentations including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, emotional regulation, behavioural difficulties and learning difficulties.
Trudy also has extensive experience in conducting psychometric assessments with children and adolescents; including cognitive, academic and behavioural.
