Amanda is a compassionate provisional psychologist with a background in counselling and pastoral care. She has worked in diverse helping roles supporting individuals through challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. She supports adults and adolescents 12 years and older.

Amanda’s work is grounded in fostering safe, respectful, and collaborative therapeutic environments. She loves helping clients explore and better align their lives with their values, build resilience, and achieve personal growth. She holds a Master of Professional Psychology.

Amanda has a special interest in the intersection of spirituality and mental health, empowering clients to integrate their beliefs into their journey toward well-being. Amanda’s empathetic, strengths-based approach ensures that clients feel supported and understood throughout their therapeutic experience.
