How Antoinette might support you
Antoinette provides a warm, calm, and supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. She draws on evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Person-Centred Approaches to inform interventions that are collaboratively and thoughtfully tailored to each client’s needs and goals. This integrative approach allows her to support clients in building psychological flexibility while working towards understanding the deeper emotional themes that may shape their experiences over time.
