About Antoinette
Please note Antoinette is a Provisional Psychologist and sessions with her do not attract Medicare or Private Health Fund Rebates.
Antoinette is fluent in English and Afrikaans and has experience working with a diverse range of individuals. Originally from South Africa she gained early-career experience as a primary school teacher in both mainstream and special educational settings before furthering her studies in Psychology. As a Provisional Psychologist, Antoinette has worked with clients across the lifespan providing both therapy and assessment services in areas related to anxiety and depression, adjustment to injury and life transitions, work-related stress, ADHD and vocational transitions.

Antoinette believes that the therapeutic process is unique to each individual. Therefore, she works collaboratively with her clients drawing on various evidence-based therapeutic approaches to bring about awareness and understanding to support personal growth and improved overall well-being. She strives to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel comfortable to explore the “self” and significant relationships in dealing with psychological challenges.
