How Brooke might support you
Brooke values authenticity and transparency, creating a safe space where people can feel heard and supported. She believes in an approach that considers the whole person in their environment.
Drawing on her interest in neurobiology, Brooke aims to help clients understand how the brain and body respond to trauma and stress. She enjoys supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions and neurodivergence (including late-diagnosed adults).
Her therapeutic approach combines Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Resource Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), play-based interventions, and body-focused strategies to enhance regulation and resilience.
