How Sarah might support you
Sarah works with individuals and families facing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, emotional dysregulation, life stress, and school refusal. While her practice spans diverse age groups and backgrounds, she has a particular passion for helping children and adolescents with neurodivergence, such as ASD and ADHD. By adopting a strengths-based approach, she supports individuals in managing the functional impact of their neurodiversity while celebrating their unique identity. Her work focuses on developing emotional literacy, emotional regulation skills, social skills, and fostering resilience during periods of change or uncertainty. She is also joining the team delivering the Secret Agents Society Program.
In addition to her direct work with young people, Sarah collaborates closely with parents in a non-judgmental and supportive manner. She offers psychoeducation and skill development to empower parents in helping their children thrive. Her support extends to families navigating complex issues by creating strategies that foster a positive and affirming environment within the family unit.
