About Jack
Jack is a Provisional Psychologist who works with adolescents, adults, and professionals experiencing stress, depression, anxiety, and life pressures.
He has particular interest in supporting individuals navigating demanding careers, burnout, identity challenges, and significant life transitions. Jack also enjoys working with adolescents who may be struggling with emotional regulation, motivation, confidence, or school pressures.
Before entering psychology, Jack worked in the financial markets industry for close to a decade both in Australia and overseas. This experience gives him a strong understanding of the pressures many people face in high-performance environments and the impact this can have on mental health, relationships, and overall wellbeing.
Clients often appreciate Jack’s collaborative approach. He strives to focus on understanding challenges while building clear strategies to move forward, whilst also aiming to establish and identify further meaning and purpose in his client’s lives. Jack aims to create a space where people feel understood, comfortable speaking openly, while working toward meaningful and achievable change.
As a Provisional Psychologist, Jack works under regular clinical supervision and is actively engaged in ongoing professional training. This ensures his work remains aligned with current evidence-based psychological approaches while providing clients with thoughtful and well-supported care.
Jack is passionate about building strong therapeutic relationships and supporting people to develop greater insight, resilience, and confidence as they work toward their goals.
How Jack might support you
Jack works collaboratively with individuals and families experiencing mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, and stress. He primarily draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), seeking to improve emotional regulation, build resilience, and increase self-esteem, self-efficacy, and autonomy. Jack works closely with his clients to identify their current concerns and develop treatment goals that empower them to move towards their full potential.
