About Lindy

Lindy is an experienced Senior Psychologist with over 20 years experience working with adults and young people. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology with 1st Class Honours and a Master of Forensic Mental Health. Lindy is also an AHPRA Board Approved Supervisor. She is passionate about working with clients to achieve the best possible outcomes and mental health goals. Lindy supports her clients empathically through life transitions, stress, depression, anxiety, health issues and a wide range of other psychological conditions that can affect mood, motivation and lifestyle.

Outside of work, Lindy enjoys exercise, podcasts, audiobooks and spending time with family.

How Lindy might support you

Lindy uses tailored interventions to suit each individual client depending on what is troubling them.  She is experienced with CBT, DBT, ACT, schema therapy, trauma informed therapy, relaxation and mindfulness.  By using a solution-focused and strengths-based approach she is able to assist clients compassionately to make positive changes in their lives. Assisting the client to achieve their goals is her primary focus.  Lindy works with adults and also children 7 years and older. She has a particular interest in women’s health and is experienced in bariatric counselling.
