Mary is an empathetic provisional psychologist with a background in healthcare, spirituality, and meditation. She supports teenagers and adults particularly those going through life transitions.

Her therapeutic style is warm and collaborative. She works with clients to improve their well-being, to accept life’s challenges and thrive through evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behaviour therapy.
