Rebecca is a compassionate and dedicated Provisional Psychologist with a strong background in counselling and mental health. She has experience working with a diverse range of individuals from children to adults assisting them in navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, significant trauma and major life transitions.

Having worked as a counsellor for many years in a rape crisis centre, Rebecca has providing trauma-informed counselling, advocacy and support to vulnerable individuals who have experienced interpersonal violence.

Rebecca’s approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, active listening and creating a collaborative safe space where clients feel supported and understood. She is deeply committed to empowering individuals by helping them tap into their inner strengths, align their lives with their core values and build resilience. Rebecca uses a strengths-based approach when working alongside clients to help them recognise their own capacity for growth and healing. Rebecca’s goal is to support you towards discovering your own path to personal empowerment and self-agency.
